Casa das Xacias is designed to be enjoyed by the family, and we offer large families a direct discount coupon of €50 on all reservations made at any time of the year. You only have to enter the coupon #FNCX50 when making the reservation online, and present the large family card which your ID card.
If you want to rent the house for stays longer than 10 days, make your query in the mail reservas@casadasxacias.com and we will make you a personalized budget.
Casa das Xacias asks its clients for an advance payment of 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
- If the cancellation of the reservation is made 30 days before the arrival date – No cancellation fees. It will be returned in full deposit. (Except reservations for the month of August that will be needed 60 days before the arrival date)
- If the cancellation of the reservation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit made will be charged. (Reservations cancelled for the month of August with less than 60 days will be charged the full deposit)
- If the client no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
